The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, ensure quality compliance, coordinate with contractors, and deliver projects within timelines and budgets. Strong leadership, civil engineering expertise, and hands-on experience in real estate construction are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all construction activities on site ensuring execution as per approved plans and specifications.
Monitor the progress of work, material usage, and workforce performance.
Ensure high standards of quality control and safety compliance.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and inventory checks.
Resolve technical issues, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely project delivery.
